Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Tel Aviv, Hybrid)

Location & Work Model

Based in our Tel Aviv office with a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain Python-based backend services for real-time data processing, data analytics and ML.
  • Craft responsive React applications to visualize cybersecurity and compliance metrics.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-prem deployments with Infrastructure as Code.
  • Collaborate with product and security teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers on best practices in Python, React, and secure coding.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in full-stack development, preferably in energy or industrial sectors.
  • Strong Python skills and React expertise.
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols (i.e. DNP3, IEC 61850) and OT-security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-leadership abilities.

Senior AI Scientist (Tel Aviv, Hybrid)

Location & Work Model

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct advanced AI/ML research on smart-grid security, developing real-time anomaly-detection models and proprietary LLMs.
  • Build and deploy scalable AI pipelines in Python to process and analyze data streams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed models into Argen’s compliance platform, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Guide data-collection strategies and feature engineering for industrial protocols like DNP3 and IEC 61850 to enhance model accuracy and robustness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of AI/ML
  • research or industry experience in energy or industrial domains.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep-learning frameworks, with hands-on experience deploying models to production.
  • Solid understanding of power-grid automation protocols and OT-cybersecurity principles.
  • Track record of publishing or patenting AI innovations for critical-infrastructure security or anomaly detection.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project-management skills, with experience leading research initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Senior Business Development Lead (Tel Aviv, Hybrid)

Based in our Tel Aviv office with a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Argen Energy’s footprint in smart-grid cybersecurity and compliance across Europe and target U.S. markets.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with utilities, grid operators, and technology vendors to drive pilot programs and large-scale deployments.
  • Lead contract negotiations, draft proposals, and manage deal structures, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to tailor offerings to customer needs and evolving industry standards.
  • Represent Argen Energy at industry conferences, regulatory forums, and customer briefings to build brand recognition and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years in business development or sales leadership within the energy, utilities, or industrial cybersecurity sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of utility procurement cycles, grid operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Skills: Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar contracts; strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Attributes: Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and team player with a passion for advancing secure energy infrastructure.
